MAP’s annual multi-stakeholder consultation, Nyaay Sabha was held in March 2026! For this 4th edition, we collaborated with NALSAR University, and bringing together key actors within the justice domain to collectively reflect on challenges, share insights, and co-develop strategies to strengthen legal aid pathways.
Conversations: Curated dialogues with leaders from the Bar, Bench, law firms, academia, philanthropy, and public institutions shaping the future of justice.
Competition: Justiceblox, a first-of-its-kind legal aid challenge spotlighting the top three next-gen ideas reimagining access to justice.
Canvas: NyaayKala, an exhibition where nine artists visually reinterpret nine landmark Indian judgments.

A look at the 2025 Sabha
Nyaay Sabha 2025 commemorated 30 years of the Legal Services Authorities Act, successfully concluded. Over 150 stakeholders, including paralegal volunteers (PLVs) and legal professionals, participated. The event featured the launch of 'Justice Within Reach: Paralegal Volunteers in India,' a report detailing the PLV scheme's importance in expanding access to justice, by Hon’ble Justice Mr. Anup Jairam Bhambhani. Discussions centered on strengthening legal aid and enhancing PLV support. The Sabha acknowledged PLVs' vital role in the justice system.
