Arjun Rekhi

A practising litigator based out of New Delhi, Arjun regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, various district courts, and tribunals. In his time at the bar, Arjun has filed and argued matters of a diverse nature, which predominantly includes but is not limited to civil commercial disputes, arbitration law, and competition law.

Sitwat Nabi

An Advocate practising before the courts of Delhi, Sitwat is an active litigator in Civil, Criminal and Commercial Laws. She has led numerous high-stake litigations before the courts of India, resulting in landmark decisions. She also has a keen interest in human rights, women, and child rights issues. She is a legal aid partner with NGOs and Trusts, and has a deep passion for Intellectual Property Laws.

Karan Khanuja

Having pursued his schooling from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, Karan pursued his B.A. LL.B (Hons) from Amity Law School, Noida. He started his professional career as an Associate at Titus & Co., Advocates, New Delhi. Thereafter, he joined Mr. Vikas Pahwa, Senior Advocate to pursue criminal litigation.He is also empanelled with the Delhi high Court (MIG) Legal Aid Committee

Archit

Archit is an independent litigator who has previously worked at the Chambers of Jawahar Raja, Nitya Ramakrishnan and at Maati-Legal Resource Centre in Kanker, Chhattisgarh.

His practice primarily consists of criminal, labour and environmental matters in various forums.

Chaitanya Sundriyal

Chaitanya Sundriyal graduated from NUJS, Kolkata in 2019 and has been litigating in Delhi, in chambers focusing on criminal law since 2019. He has worked in the chambers of Mr Adit S. Pujari, and is currently working in the chambers of Senior Advocate Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal. Chaitanya's practice also focuses on civil rights issues surrounding criminal, constitutional, matrimonial and labour law. He has taken up several pro bono cases in the past and is also on the Criminal Panel of I-Probono.

Yash S Vijay

Yash S Vijay graduated in law from NLIU Bhopal in 2014 and completed his Masters from Edinburgh Law School supported by the Chevening Scholarship in 2021. His practise focuses on civil rights issues surrounding constitutional, criminal and labour law. Before starting his independent practise in 2022, Yash worked with several organisations and litigation chambers engaged in constitutional disputes. With Project 39A, NLU Delhi, Yash conducted strategic litigation for criminal justice reform and provided representation to death row prisoners across the country.
